The joy of living is in all the beauty we have around us. As an artist, there is no place I have traveled in which I didn't see a gorgeous panoramic view that captured my soul and begged to be painted. It is probably the subject that most humbles me, because I realize how small I am in this vast, fascinating world.

Hillside in Tuscany I have been very fortunate to have traveled around the world. Being of Italian decent, I have become extremely partial to Tuscany with its rolling hills and golden sunlight. In any direction you look there are breathtaking views of vineyards that form tapestries of bold compositions right before your eyes. The landscape original, Hillside in Tuscany, is my impression of one such experience.
