  Golfscapes

If you ever wonder why somebody would hit a small white ball around a large open field of grass and try to get it into a very small hole... then you are not a golfer. It is the most challenging game I have ever played but also the most peaceful. Being out in nature on a beautiful day is part of the game. I wanted to capture that in my paintings, and maybe suggest to those who have never played, "Hey, look-see how beautiful it is out here!"

Augusta
Augusta National Golf Club is one of the most famous golf courses in the world, and home of the PGA's annual Masters tournament. The golfscape Augusta was painted for my Art Publisher in California to represent the large and growing fan base of golf across the country. When the trees and flowers are in full bloom, it is not hard for any artist to be totally inspired by the sheer beauty and tranquility of this incredible course.
